Church Suite

As a congregation we are using a church management system called ChurchSuite. This is a powerful tool which we are slowly increasing to use in various ways. We are using it for our church membership database, calendaring, and we are rolling out its use in helping to manage our various church rotas.

If you are a church member or adherent then you will be able to access your own information (securely) and use this for checking on rotas that you might be on. You can configure it to send reminder messages. You can even swap with someone on a rota (provided you have spoken with them before hand to check it is okay).

We will be using more features of this over the months to come and we are starting to send out invitation emails in groups, initially as we are adding rotas to the system. If you get an email inviting you to join the Devana ChurchSuite then you can be assured it is valid.

Select the My ChurchSuite option to access your own personal information (you need to have been invited and set up your own login).
