Hall Licensing

We have a suite of halls and meeting rooms in both our Fonthill Road and Holburn Street sites which can be licensed by other groups for use.

Devana Parish Church (Fonthill Road)

Large Hall (7.9m x 14m)

This spacious area on the ground floor has wood flooring, hatch through to fully equipped kitchen, AV equipment available on request, chairs and tables are available, Wifi also available. The hall can comfortably fit 120 people.

£30.00 / hr (single/occasional use)
£27.50 / hr (regular use)

Small Hall (8m x 9.8m)

This hall is located up a short flight of stairs and can hold up to 70 people comfortably. Chairs and tables are available. An adjoining pantry (not for food preparation) is available on request.

Sanctuary

This beautiful space seats up to 450 people when also utilising the gallery, it has a full AV and sound system, and the facility to stream live. The chancel area at the front has been opened up to make this space ideal for rehearsal or concerts. Use of the Sanctuary has to be approved by the ministers.

Upper Room

Ideal for smaller meetings, holding up to 20 people and has tables and chairs, white board. This is situated up a flight of stairs.

Foyer

This ground floor space offers flexible seating and has tables available, making it ideal either for meetings or for receptions. It has easy access to the Sanctuary and Atrium of the church. In its regular set up (cafe-style) it seats around 40 people.

Jubilee Hall

This meeting room is located down a short flight of stairs and can hold up to 40 people comfortably, a wheelchair lift is available. Chairs and tables are available. An adjoining small kitchen is available on request. This meeting room has video conferencing facilities.

Ruthrieston Hall

This meeting space is located up a flight of stairs and can hold up to 40 people comfortably. Chairs and tables are available. The space can be partitioned into two spaces.

£25.00 / hr

Sanctuary

This elegant space seats up to 400 people, it has a full AV and sound system and the facility to stream live. Use of the Sanctuary has to be approved by the ministers.
